    Hello, Please allow me to introduce my self. I am State Certified General since 2004. I have been active in the property related industries since graduation in 1972. I have worked my way from a mason through most trades to superintendent. Following a period of tertiary education I became a Quantities Surveyor & Contractors Estimator. Since wanting to achieve more I returned to University to study Building Surveying were I graduated with a BSc 2:1 Honors degree in Property Inspection. This then led to a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation & Asset Management.  Following this I became part of a specialist Government Team dealing with Building Defects & Litigation, were I worked for 5 years.

    Appraisal is the science of disseminating the problem, & thus prescribe, & explaining the best solution to arrive at the clients needs in a timely fashion. It is an important factor to acquire a cognitive background when assessing what is probably the largest single investment most people make in there entire lives.

    We are a leading provider of appraisals for:

  • Primary and Secondary Mortgages
  • Mortgage Refinancing
  • Employee Relocation
  • Private Mortgage Insurance Removal
  • Estate Planning
  • Divorce Settlement
  • Property Tax Disputes
  • Asset Management
  • Preconstruction Feasibility
  • Plus a myriad of others.

    There are numerous appraisal products, as there are a variety of solutions. It is a myth that there is only one appraisal type & they cost +/-$300. The fee is dictated by the estimated time to complete the necessary research. Therefore dependent on the problem, the fee can be as low as $50. So for example if all one requires is a sale value most likely to liquidate your asset in 90-150 days, & this can be established from desk data. We could be looking as little as an hour. This is invaluable & funds well invested when your property sells, in a reasonable time, for the full worth & the deal does not go sour because the borrower is able to get the finance. Also when a listing price is ascertained by a 3rd party not compensated by the sale it has greater credibility. It  saves the borrower money when the Lender requests the full report. This helps generate;

  • Short Turnaround Times
  • High Quality Appraisal Reports
  • Eliminates Disappointments.
  • Competitive Pricing
