Andreini Appraisal Services is a full service appraisal group composed of 7 licensed appraisers, all of whom I have personally trained. We span ten counties in Northern California (San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Cruz, Merced, Stanislaus) and have extensive experience performing residential valuations for lenders, brokers, attorneys and realtors. Our comprehensive knowledge of our coverage area provides our clients with an assurance of excellence and the convenience of only having to contact one appraisal company for a large region of California.
I am a Certified Residential appraiser with over fifteen years experience, a CREA designated member of NAREA, approved with most major lenders (FHA and HFA approved), E&O insured and completely review and co-sign all work associated with our firm. We are furnished with the latest in software (Clickforms, digital imaging, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) and utilize multiple data sources including RealQuest, Dataquick, Thomas Maps, MLS and FEMA maps. In addition, we are approved with multiple vendor management systems such as Appraiserlink, AppraisalPort, Encompass, and Aculink.
Presently, we have a turn-around time of 2 to 3 business days for single family, condo, 2-4 unit properties and give purchases high priority. Because we are furnished with lockbox keys, we have easy access to sale properties and can usually perform next day inspections.
