Local Appraisal Services
Appraisal orders for properties located in central Indiana are performed by one of our experienced and professional in-house appraisers. Our staff of seventeen appraisers ensure that your appraisal order is scheduled, inspected, and completed as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of your order. Our internal team structure and three person, full-time management staff work to answer your questions and resolve problems so that individual appraiser’s schedules do not affect your pipeline. Preliminary comparable research is performed on all orders.

National Appraisal Services
Superior’s national appraisal division consists of a network of over 4,000 affiliate appraisers located throughout the United States managed by our own in-house coordination teams. These teams serve as your dedicated appraisal processing staff removing the burden from loan officers and processors. Our coordinators begin by contacting your borrower immediately upon receipt of your order to collect payment via credit card or check-by-phone in order to solidify your relationship with the borrower. Our coordinators then assume the task of assigning orders to our network of appraisers based on their turn-time, report quality, and service level history. Our staff then remains in constant contact with the appraiser throughout the life of the assignment via our proprietary transaction management platform that allows the appraiser, our staff, and you to communicate with one another throughout the process. Managed appraisal orders are typically completed within 3 to 5 days of your order.
