    Welcome to De Nooy Appraisal, Inc.- Central Iowa's leading provider of real estate valuations for the mortgage lending marketplace. Owners Jon and Peggy De Nooy were born and raised in the south central part of Iowa. An additional member of our team, Julie Ann Griffith, resides at Altoona, Iowa. She is very familiar with the Des Moines and surrounding area housing market.

    We have a combined team experience of over 30 years. This has allowed us to see the changes from the past to housing needs and today's appraisal requirements for our client. De Nooy Appraisal Inc.'s mission is "to attain knowledge through education, exposure to the current market and addressing the needs of our client". Our goal is to provide our client with a USPAP conforming product at a competitive price for services rendered. We also provide quick turn around time after access into the property is attained. All appraisers with         De Nooy Appraisal Inc. maintain current Iowa Residential Certifications and are covered by  E and O insurance.
