    1. Standard U.R.A.R. with full documentation in the City of Moberly for $300.00 In the County or adjoining Counties $350.00

    2. Drive by appraisal report done on the Fannie Mae 2055 report form located in the City Limits of Moberly $150.00 outside of Moberly and in adjoining Counties $200.00 to $250.00

    3. REO "Real Estate Owned" or foreclosure reports done on the Fannie Mae 1004 report with the REO Addendum, photos of comparable sales, several interior photos of the subject, location map and 3 listings with photos for $350 to $400.00 Out side of Randolph County call for a quote.

    4. VA and FHA/HUD approved.
