The appraiser has over 30 plus years experience, and completed over ten thousand assignments. Some of the diverse reasons for the appraisals were; bankrupcty, divorce, estate settlement, family disputes, eminent domain issues, for corporate bond issuance, conventional mortgages, FHA mortgages, new construction, private lending and tax appeals.
Appraiser can read blue prints, plot maps, site maps, tax maps and surveys. Appraiser has a degree in Mechanical Contracting, and has taken tax assessor courses, in addition to the continuing education courses attended on a yearly basis. The firm utilizies all manner of current electronic equipement to complete assignments accurately and in a timely fashion.
Turn around time from inspections is 2-3 days with nightly updates, via email or lender based web sites. Software utilized is Bradford Technologies, with ACI and Lighthouse plug ins. Email messages and telephone calls are returned promptly.
