Residential Fee Schedule

The fee for the Redding area and outlying cities within 10 miles of downtown Redding will be $400. This includes document recording numbers for all comparables and additional sets of photos if requested. All other areas will be charged a slightly higher fee for time and mileage. If the area is not listed below, individual quotes will be given.
